Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Tunneler. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Tunneler provides governed social-identity infrastructure for AI agents: an identity registry, guardrails, approvals, session capture, and an audit log. We may update, improve, or change the service over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under your workspace. Keep your login secure.
3. Your responsibilities
- Ownership & authorization. You represent that you own, or are explicitly authorized to operate, every account and identity you connect to Tunneler.
- Platform compliance. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party platform you connect, and with all applicable laws.
- Content. You are responsible for content created, drafted, or posted through your identities, including when produced by an agent you operate.
- Acceptable use. You will comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
- Arming. External sends are off by default. When you arm sending, you accept responsibility for the actions you authorize, subject to the guardrails and approvals you configure.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plans gate identity and worker capacity. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan prices may change with notice.
5. Intellectual property
Tunneler and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
6. Third-party platforms
Tunneler interacts with third-party platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, their decisions about your accounts, or changes to their terms or APIs.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular action will succeed on a third-party platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunneler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Tunneler against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or any third-party platform's terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service, you, or others.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. The governing law and venue will be specified upon company formation. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
